I, Remington Lo [?] In my courtroom this first day of August A.D. 1925 before
me personally appeared Albert L. Sisson and Sel. Sisson sworn to me
knowing, and saying to me, to be the individuals whose names are joined in, and whose
presence the foregoing instrument and that they had signed, witnessed
said instrument to be free act and deed.

The Washington Trust Company having paid full
payment and satisfaction of the loan of $1,000.00 borrowed by G. Sisson
on the premises of his farm situated in the Town of Charlestown in
the State of Rhode Island on the 27th day of March 1922 at 5
o'clock, and since then and there in the said town, and committed to
and paid the same money and interest and that it was the
amount owing and paid accordingly.
Witness thereof, that he has executed the seal and
sealed by the Company duly acknowledged and that any of the Trustees
Seal of Wash Trust Company Ltd.

Know All Men by these presents, that we John H. Burdick
and Rosalie M. Burdick his wife, both of Narrashawont, in the county of
Washington and state of Rhode Island and for and in consideration of
the sum of fifteen hundred dollars gold coin and currency paid by the Washington
Trust Company, of the town of Westerly county of Washington and
state of Rhode Island, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by
these presents our parts, grant bargain sell convey and confirm
unto the said Washington Trust Company, its successors heirs and assigns
forever, two certain tracts or parcels of land with all the
