658 Together with any other land in said Charlestown owned by this grantor corporation and located westerly of (a) the center line of said Quonochontaug Road, (b) Quonochontaug Brook, (c) the easterly line, boundary of said 도로, and (d) the land described as the first (parcel) in a deed conveyed from A. Prescott Baker et als, trustees, recorded in Book 12 at page 333 hereinbefore referred to, and not conveyed to Providence Buyers Cry Ltd in said hereinbefore referred to. Together also with any other land of the grantor corporation situated in said Charlestown and not conveyed to Providence Buyers Cry Ltd in said hereinbefore referred to. Said premises are conveyed subject to any rights or encumbrances appearing of record which may affect the said parcels.
