On this record on the 12th day of May AD 1824 before
me personally appeared Sarah B, 9th remedy and Robert Browning Jr,
to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the
foregoing instrument and said persons acknowledged and signed
will but trust by them executed, as their own free and voluntary
act and deed.

I, Nowell I. Munn by these presents, that I Ralph R. Mabie's
of the city County and State of New York in consideration of three hundred
eighty eight and 39/100 dollars ($388.39) in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, quit and
assign to Albert G. Browning his heirs, successors, and assigns and Assignees of Providence
County of Providence and State of Rhode Island all or any right title or
beneficial interest in to and under the property held by Albert
G. Browning as Trustee of the estate which under Declaration of Trust
dated the 11th day of April 1923, and duly recorded in the records of
the Town of Charlestown Rhode Island,
As witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal the same day and
date first above written,
