301 be assessed on the poles and wires and appurtenances erected herewith, And we hereby for ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators or assigns covenant with the said company, its successors and assigns, that we are lawfully seized in fee simple of the premises over which said rights and easements are called, that they are free from all encumbrances which may interfere with the exercising of said rights and easements and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said company, its successors and assigns against all lawful claims and demands of all persons.
