611 WE, AUGUST UBERTI and wife, MARY UBERTI, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Louis Kirshbaum of the City and County of Providence, State of Rhode Island with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) The land situated and lying in the Town of Charlestown, in the State of Rhode Island, laid out and delineated as Lot One-Hundred and Thirty-Seven (137) on that plat entitled, "OCEAN RIDGE Plat one in the Town of Charlestown, R. I. Property of Fred E. and Ethel W. Kroner. Surveyor plotted and platted May 9, 1954, witnessed R. Easterbrooks, Civil Engineer which plat is plotted and recorded in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown in Plat book 2 at page 11 together with the right to use the roads and streets and there as streets lay until the plat boundaries are referred to and together with the right to use in common with others, the way party (40) feet wide in width designated as "Private Right of Way" and the park and boat landing laid out and designated as "Park and Boat Landing" as shown on that plat entitled, "Ocean Ridge Park and Boat Landing" recorded in the said Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown in Plat Book 2 at page 12 and in the said Office of the Town of Charlestown in Land Evidence Book 8A at page 637. This conveyance is made subject to the reservations, conditions, restrictions and easements referred to in that certain deed from Fred E. Kroner, et ux, dated August 17, 1956 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island Land Evidence Book 3A at page 548. No reserve stamps required. We, August Uberti and wife, Mary Uberti husband and wife the grantors release to said grantee all our right of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises.
