590 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That WHEREAS AMELIA B. MOGIELNICKI of the City of Hartford, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut, is the owner of a certain tract or parcel of Land situated at Quoconcongut Beach in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, being shown as Lot A. P. #9 on Assessors Plats for the Town of Charlestown. AND WHEREAS CHARLESTOWN ESTATES, INC., a Corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, in said County of Washington, is the Owner of a certain tract of land located at Quoconcongut Beach, in said Town of Charlestown; said land is ten feet in width, bounded easterly by land now or formerly of Lilia Crapo Smele and westerly by land now or formerly of Sophie E. Downie as described in that certain deed of Sophie E. Downie to Charles E. Downie, Jr., dated July 17th, 1799 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown in Book 28 at Page 32. Said land is ten feet in width and is bounded southerly by the beach or ocean and northerly by said Lot #187, A. P. #9. NOW, THEREFORE, in Consideration of the sum of One Dollar paid to said Charlestown Estates, Inc., hereinafter called the Grantor, by said Amelia B. Mogielnicki, hereinafter called the Grantee, of the Grantee, and the tenants and occupants for the time being, of the said described premises, full and free right for her and them, in common with all persons having the same right, to pass and repass over said 10 foot parcel of land from land of the Grantee on the beach to the beach. The said Grantor shall not in any manner be liable for any accident or injury to persons or property of persons using said way to the beach. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Corporation has caused these presents to be signed by its President and Treasurer herunto duly authorized, and the corporate seal to be herunto affixed at Westerly, Rhode Island, this 20th day of November, 1962.
