176 and convey the same in me as aforesaid That the said grantee their heirs and assigns shall have these premises at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly with appurtenances and franchises and etc etc I the said grantor will hold my heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to all the said grantee their heirs and assigns forever as quietly as the same were seized and held of all people In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty three Signed and sealed in the presence Eugene B. Brown James Howard Publick State of Rhode Island Co of Providence On this thirteenth day of October in the year 1823 and me personally appeared James Howard Publick the party seizing to me known and known by me to be the party speaking the foregoing instrument and he acknowledged and witnessed by his sworn statement to be his act seal and deed Eugene B. Brown James Howard Publick Received for memorandum Nov 5 1823 Brown and’s’ hp. Eugene B. Brown James Howard Publick KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I d. sifford of East Providence state of Rhode Island in consideration of the sum of ten dollars to me paid by Ezra Rader the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby remise release and forever quit claim unto the said Ezra Rader jeans and assigns forever all the right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever now or out of right or might had have or claim in and to a certain lot of land above the land of survey situated from the East Road to the tract of land hereinafter described also a right of way across the land of survey as further detailed above from the North and 140 poles in the below and about opposite to pass north to pass in both rights it may better witness our survey on both the inherited in the quitclaim deed to me and established Oct 1st 1797 in North Providence Vol 23 and by its reference it is found in the town of Providence in the [illegible] I have made to will the same with all rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto
