BURDICK, also of said Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, AS JOINT TENANTS with the right of survivorship and not as Tenants-in-Common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS: A certain lot of land together with all buildings and improvements, located on the west side of Powawatuck Avenue, so called, at Quonochontough East Beach, in said Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island home, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Said Lot is shown and delineated as Lot number Sixty-One (61) on a plan entitled, "Revised Plat of East Beach, on the shores of Rhode Island, Quonochontough, East Beach, Charlestown, R. I." filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Charlestown. Said lot is bounded on the south by Frontage Avenue as shown on said plan, and on the east by lot number 60 or formerly of George and Jean Babcock shown as Lot 67 on said plan; west boundary 100 feet by lot 62 and north boundary 125 feet by Lot 45 as shown on said plan. Meaning and intent to convey the same premises conveyed to the Grantor hereinby, and in the Warranty Deed of Lucy R. Pendleton, et al., dated July 20, 1938 and recorded in Land Evidence of said Town of Charlestown, R. I. in Book 24 Page 400, and the recording of that earlier deed reference is hereby had and made and the same is hereby made a part of these presents. I, LORRAINE A. BURDICK, release to the Grantees herein, all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises. The consideration for this deed is such that no documentary stamps are required.
