BURDICK, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State and Town of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to myself, HARLEY G. BURDICK and to my wife, LORRAINE A. BURDICK, also of said Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State and Town of Rhode Island, AS JOINT TENANTS with the right of survivorship and not as Tenants-in-Common, with WARRANTY CONVEYANCE: A certain lot of land together with all buildings and improvements, located on the west side of Powawatuck Avenue, so called, at Quonochontough East Beach, in said Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State and Town of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Said Lot is shown and delineated as Lot number One (1) on a plan entitled, "Revised Plat of Gorton's Site, on Quonochontough East Beach, Charlestown, R.I." filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Charlestown, said Lot is bounded on the south by Thayer Avenue as shown on said plan; on the east by Lot number Two (2) or formerly of George and Jean Babcock shown as Lot 2" on said plan; west lot by seventy feet lot by forty feet and 44 as shown on said plan; and north 125 feet by Lot 45 as shown on said plan. Meaning and intent to convey the same premises conveyed to the Grantor hereinby, and in the Warranty Deed of Lucy F. Pendleton, et alus, dated July 20, 1958 and recorded in Land Evidence of said Town of Charlestown, R. I. in Book 34 Page 460, and the reference hereby had and made to the same is hereby made a part of these presents. I, LORRAINE A. BURDICK, release to the Grantees herein, all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises. The consideration for this deed is such that no documentary stamps are required.
