premiums for insurance if any, either therefor paid by said Mortgagee,
their executors, administrators or assigns, or then remaining unpaid upon
said granted premises, rendering bud paying the surplus of said proceeds
that it may be over and above the amount so to be retained as
aforesaid together with a true and particular account of such sale or
sale, expenses and charges, the said mortgagees their heirs, executors,
administrators or assigns with whom such sale is made authorized shall
form a full and complete bar both in law and equity against the said mortgagor
their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and all persons claiming
said premises, except so far as may be void under the laws of the state
of Rhode Island the said mortgagees for myself and for my heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, hereby covenant with the said mortgagors and their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, that he and they will upon request
execute such deed or deeds confirmatory of paid sale or sale as may
be required.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seal
this twenty sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and twenty three.

On this day the 26th day of March AD, 1923 before
me personally appeared Samuel N. Davis and Nina M. Davis, domiciles
from whom and known by me to be the parties executing the
foregoing instrument and they acknowledged said instrument
by them executed to be their free act and deed.

We the undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the entire
mortgage mentioned in the records of land evidence in the town of Westerly in the State of Rhode
Island in book 474 page 414 dated April 1914 hereby cancel and discharge the same, and we covenant
to and with the person making said payment that we are the present owners of the said mortgage

the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty three.
