Know all Men by these present, that I, Lawrence Hamill of the Town of Warren in the State of Rhode Island (united States) hereinafter called the Grantor in consideration of the sum of ten ($ 10) dollars to one half by Lawrence Hamill, f. k내가 of the city of Providence in the State of Rhode Island hereinafter called the Grantee the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged each, to hereby give, grant, bargain sell and convey unto the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple an undivided one half (1/2) interest in a certain farm situated in Barkstone in the county of Washington and State of Rhode Island, containing by estimation fifty (50) acres, more or less with a dwelling house, barn and other buildings and improvements thereon standing and bounded and described as follows: on the North by the Post Road, so called, on the East by the land of formerly of Samuel P. Webster, owner of the textile mills and Edwin Fisher, on the South by land of Edward S. Conrad and Leah Conrad of town of Frank W. L. Wood and on the West by land of said Frank W. L. Wood or however otherwise the same may be bounded. To have and to hold the aforementioned premises, with all the the privileges and appurtenments thereto belonging, unto and to the use of the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. And I the said Grantor do hereby for myself, my heirs and my heirs, executors and administrators, covenant with the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns that I have lawfully seized in fee simple of the said granted premises That the same are free from all encumbrances that I have good right full power and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner as aforesaid; that the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns shall by these presents of all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have and enjoy the said premises, and that I the said Grantor will warrant and defend the same executed and administrators thereof, warrant and defend the same to the said Grantee and his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and damages of all persons. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty three (1933).
