RELEASE OF MORTGAGE 457
Industrial National Bank of Rhode Island, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage, recorded in the (Land Evidence)(Real Estate Mortgage) Records in the Town of Charlestown in Mortgage Book, 38 at page 456, does hereby cancel and discharge the same, and covenants to and with the person making said payment that it is the present owner of said mortgage.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said Industrial National Bank of Rhode Island has caused these present to be signed and its seal to be hereunto affixed by its proper officers or representatives thereto duly authorized, this 16th day of November A. D. 1973.

We, HAROLD POTTER and MYRA K. POTTER, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid grant to HORACE GREEN, JR. and FLORA M. GREEN, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as Tenants in Common, WITH WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situate in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
That certain parcel, or tract of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, shown and delineated as Lot Number 25 (twenty-five) on that certain plat entitled, "Property of Harold H. Potter & Myra K. Potter" dated May 15, 1962, Scale 1" = 50 Ft. North 1961", said plat being on file in the Town Clerk's Office, said instrument is, in Plat Book 3, at Page 56.
Said Lot Number 25 is bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY : by the State Highway as shown on said plat, a distance of 275.00 feet;
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 24, as shown on said plat, a distance of 405.20 feet;
SOUTHERLY : by premises of Hiram L. Wright, as shown on said plat, a distance of 308.60 feet;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 26, as shown on said plat, a distance of 438.25 feet,
We, Harold Potter and Myra K. Potter, husband and wife, the grantors, release to the grantees all our right of entry and dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.
WITNESS our hands this 15th day of August 1962.

POTTER, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as Tenants in Common, WITH MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of SEVENTY-FOUR HUNDRED and no/100 DOLLARS, ($7,400.00) with interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum as specified in a certain negotiable promissory note of the mortgagors of even date herewith, said principal and interest being payable in monthly installments of $73.00 each on the 15th day of each successive month commencing September 15th, 1962, until said principal and interest are paid in full, all as provided in said note, the following described land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon
