H. Burdick, Concomhtoning, East Beach, Charlestown, R. I. by G. W. Woodard" which said plat is on record in Land Evidence of said Charlestown in Book No. 18, page 46, reference thereto being made for a more particular description. Reference is also made to deed to H. Millyer Burdick from Hazard N. Burdick recorded in Book 18 at page 48 of said records. Being the same premises deeded to these grantors by deed of Walter 1. Whipple and Russell A. Whipple, Executors under the will of Frederick W. Whipple and recorded in said Charlestown in Book No. 25 at page 641. husband wife of the grantor release to said grantee all right of curtesy dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.
