Read and at the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described thence running southerly, bounden by premises of Boss Hill Road, maintaining a distance of one hundred (100) feet from the center of said road and running westerly maintaining a distance of one hundred (100) feet distant from and parallel to the southerly boundary line of said land, a distance of one hundred twenty (120) feet thence running northerly turning at right angles maintaining a distance of one hundred (100) feet, a distance of one hundred (100) feet to the southerly boundary line of said Road land, thence running westerly maintaining a distance of one hundred (100) feet, a distance of one hundred (100) feet to the point of beginning, or however otherwise bounded and described. Bounded northerly by premises of Ross Hill Road, westerly by Ross Hill Road southerly and westerly by other land of the Grantor and easterly by Boss Hill Road.
