873 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED We, ROBERT S. ROSEMAN and MARY C. ROSEMAN, husband and wife, both formerly of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, now of Old Saybrook, County of Middlesex and State of Connecticut, for consideration paid grant to Peter Ronald Marsh and Helen Louise Marsh, husband and wife, both of Upper Montclair, County of Essex and State of New Jersey, as Joint Tenants and not tenants in common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY COVENANTS, A certain tract or parcel of land parcelled on the easterly side of Buddington Road, so called, at Quonochontaug Point in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and bounded and described as follows, to wit: the northerly one-half lot No. 176 on a house and tenement as delineated on that certain plan or plat entitled, "Plot of Land Belonging to S. Roseman accompanying Beach Road, Enfield, property of S. N. Davis, Leon L. Platt," dated December 15, 1947, and recorded February, 1948. Said lot lying East of the line between the Holland, P.E., Scale 100 feet to the inch, February, 1948. Said lot consisting of one half of a frontage on Buddington Road of twenty nine (29) feet, or more less, it is one hundred twenty-five (125) feet in depth and in thirty (30) feet wide, being the remainder of the row and bounded easterly by the house and improvements of William E. Buttery, ex employee at the castle of Henry D. Cutten, southerly by the other half of this grantee's lot and westerly by Buddington Road. The above conveyed premises, together with all rights, etc belonging other parts of these grantees on the premises, shall be land used for no other purpose than for not more than one dwelling house,
