239 WARRANTY DEED (Statutory Form) I, SARAH J. BROWNING, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to CHARLES W. LINK and RUTH C. LINK, husband and wife, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, as JOINT tenants and with Tenants in Common, WITH WARRANTY COVENANT, That certain lot or parcel of land situated of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, being Lot Number 13 (thirteen) on that plat entitled "FORT NICK PLAT in the Town of Charlestown, R. I., Property of Sarah J. Browning, Dated March 1961, by E. S. Eastman, Civil Engineer, Scale 1" = 80"", subject to the following restrictive covenants, viz: 1. Said grant shall be used only for a private residence, and no business, or buildings or other structures shall be erected thereon other than a detached single family dwelling house together with a connected or unconnected garage or servants quarters. 2.
