In consideration of the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25,00) to us in hand paid, we hereby agree to deliver and execute a Quit-Claim Deed to the Town of Charlestown, on or before November 20, 1961, conveying the following described real estate to said Town of Charlestown: Beginning at a point on the easterly side of the State Highway, commonly known as South County Trail; said point being 100 feet southeasterly from the southeasterly corner of premises of the Town of Charlestown; thence run southeasterly, running roughly a distance of 100 feet distant from and parallel to the southerly boundary line of said premises of the Town of Charlestown, a distance of 285 feet east to the camp line, so named; thence running easterly, bounded easterly by the land of the Town of Charlestown, a distance of 100 feet to the southeasterly corner of generally southerly, bounded easterly by said camp line, until it comes to the southeasterly corner of convex [?] boundary line of said premises of
