PENNELL, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to DONALD R. HALL and PATRICIA P. HALL, husband and wife, both of said Town, and County, as State, Joint Tenants and not Tenants in Common, with QUIT-CLAIM CONVEYANCE (Description, and Improvements, and Incumbrances,) any. That certain parcel of real estate, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly shore of the Narragansett River at the southerly corner of the premises herein described and thence at the northwesterly corner of the premises now or formerly of Hanna Martilla; thence northerly along the said mark of boundary bounding northerly by said Hanna Martilla; thence easterly along the said mark of boundary bounding northerly by said Clinton, a distance of 600 feet, more or less, to a stone bound set in the ground; thence southerly extending a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to a stone bound set in the ground; thence southeasterly bounding southerly again by said Clinton's land, a distance of 400 feet, more or less, to a stone bound set in the ground; thence southerly a distance of 400 feet, more or less; thence southeasterly, bounded northerly by land formerly of Samuel B. Richards, a distance of 500 feet, more or less, to a stone bound set in the ground; thence southerly a distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence northerly, bounded easterly bounding southerly land now, or formerly of said Martilla, distance of 600 feet, more or less, to another stone bound set in the ground; thence northerly, a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to another stone bound set in the ground; thence northwesterly, bounded northerly by said Martilla land, a distance of 347 feet, more or less, to the point and place of beginning, as the same appears on a map. Meaning and intending hereby to convey to these Grantees all my right, title and interest in and to the premises described in deed of John Pennell to this Grantor dated August 22, 1950 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence of Charlestown in Book No. 32 at Page 213. The consideration for this deed is such that no Internal Revenue Stamps are required. This conveyance is made SUBJECT to and TOGETHER with rights and privileges appurtenant to the afore- described premises that may appear of record. I, John Pennell, husband of the grantor release to said grantees all right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforesaid premises. WITNESS our hands this twenty first day of October, 1961.
