120 STATE OF RHODE ISLAND &c. COUNTY OF PROVIDENCE PROBATE COURT OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON August 4th, 1961. A true copy of the last will and testament of MARIA SACCOCCIO alias SACCOCCIA late of Cranston, Rhode Island, deceased, duly proved March 7th, 1967. Attest: Ernest L. Johnson Probate Clerk (L. S. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, MARIA SACCOCCIO, of the City of Cranston, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, being of sound depose and sounding mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament, that is to say: FIRST: I do hereby order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and expenses as soon as practicable after my demise. SECOND: I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my husband MICHELE SACCOCCIO all my right, title and interest in and to That certain tract or parcel of land with all buildings and other improvements thereon situate in the said City of Cranston, State of Rhode Island and supposed to contain approximately eighty feet fronting on the street known as [?] Road, and bounded easterly in property on Cranston Street, southerly on Pinney Road, as called, Westerly or then now laterly or Sadie S.
