117 We, VIRGINIA P. CHOINIERE and WILLIAM A. PRESCOTT, both of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to LUCINDA ANNIE CARPENTER, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) A certain tract or parcel of land located at Charlestown Beach now called in the Town of Charlestown aforesaid and before known as lot #22 in the Town of Charlestown B. P., 1, being of the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed from Wm Brown D. Cross, trustee of the town of Charlestown One deed conveying an undivided three quarter interest in said property dated December 13, 1959 and duly recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown in Book 37, page 111, and another deed conveying an undivided one quarter interest in said premises dated November 17, 1956 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown in Book 37, page 196, and 38, page 117. I WILLIAM A. PRESCOTT covenant that I am and unencumbered I JOSEPH F. CHOINIERE husband one of the grantors, VIRGINIA P.
