being as nearby covenant with said Industrial Trust company, its successors and assigns, that & by the said will upon such incidents with said & aforesaid company it shall sell or cause to sell as may be necessary or advisable And furthermore, I the said mortgagor, for myself and for its successors and assigns hereby covenant with said Industrial Trust company, its successors and assigns, that the improvements on said lot for the shell be kept and maintained on the buildings on the premises aforesaid, in case of fire or other casualty Industrial Trust company, its successors and assigns at their sole option to in a sum not less than one thousand dollars value and that the first of insurance upon said buildings shall be assigned and transferred or made payable in case of loss to said Industrial Trust company, its successors and assigns, as executors security thereof, and in repayment of any of the notes in the hands of said Industrial Trust company, or trustees, and in repayment of any such successors whatever it is or its heirs or some name, or in the name their aforesaid mortgagor, its successors or its heirs any notes or promises or promissory papers transfer shall be a so long as any notes or promises or promissory papers remained secured by these premises at for such charge upon said Industrial Trust company.
