premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto and to the use of the said grantees, and their heirs and assigns forever, And I the said grantor, do hereby for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, covenant with the said grantees and their heirs and assigns that I --- am lawfully seized in fee simple of the said land granted and conveyed that the same are free from all incumbrances and that I have and will have full power and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner as aforesaid, that the said grantees and their heirs and assigns shall quietly have and enjoy the premises at all times hereafter peacefully and quietly have and enjoy the said premises, and that I the said grantor with all my heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said grantees and their heirs and assigns forever against the claims of all persons whomsoever all and foremost, and for the consideration aforesaid I, with the knowing, wife of aforesaid G. L. Kenyon do hereby witness that my consent of deed in and to the said grantees premises unto the said grantees and their heirs and assigns forever, In witness whereof we have signed to our names and seals this instrument this day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand one hundred and seventy seven, Signed and sealed in the presence of G.
