That certain tract or parcel of land with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated on the northerly side of Old Post Road in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows:-
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of said Old Post Road, said point being at the intersection of two stone walls one running at the southeasterly corner of the parcel herein described and the southeasterly corner of land now or lately of George Smith and thence running easterly along the line of said George Smith a distance of two hundred (200) feet more or less, to an iron pipe at the northeasterly corner of the parcel herein described bounded southeasterly by a stone wall and land now or lately of George Smith, thence running northeasterly on a straight line to a distance of eleven hundred fiftynigty (1160) feet, more or less, to the northeasterly corner of the parcel herein described bounded northerly by the northerly line of the westerly parcel of land now or lately of State of Rhode Island known commonly as Burningside Plantation, thence running southwesterly a distance of nine hundred (900) feet, more or less, to the frontier of Reservation, said point being the
