Warranty DEED (Statutory Form) I, SARAH J. BROWNING, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to HELEN S. RATHBONE and JANICE V. RATHBONE, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS with right of Survivorship, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, being Lot Numbered 13 (Thirteen) on that plat entitled "FORT NECK PLAT in the Town of Charlestown, R.
