596 Warranty Deed (Statutory Form) I, SARAH J. BROCKING, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for considera- tion paid, grant to JOINT H. GREEN and JEANETTE H. GREEN, husband and wife, both of 4 Tioga Place, Stamford, Connecticut, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, being Lot numbered 26 (Twenty-six) as that plot entitled "VERY SLICK PLAT" in the Town of Charlestown, R.I., property of Sarah J.
