DURHAM, of Charlestown, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to THE RALCO REALTY CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut, and having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars & 00/100 ($1500.00) Dollars payable as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith (Description, and Improvements, if any) That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, being shown and delineated as Lot Number Eighteen (18) on that plat modified, that "Ralco Realty Corporation Plan No. 1" submitted as Number Eighteen (18), Charlestown, R.
