We, Lewis P. Latham and Margaretta W. Latham, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to ALEXANDER H. FULLER and HELEN G. FULLER, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants in common with WARRANTY COVENANTS
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
That certain parcel a part of land, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon situated, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and containing by estimation two (2) acres, more or less, made property now commonly referred to as the "Ocean House Property" and is more particularly bounded and described as follows, Viz:-
Northerly partly by road now known as Ocean House Road and boundary of Georgia C. Gavitt, partly by land now or formerly of Benonie C. Gavitt; easterly by the mill brook; southerly by Charlestown Pond; and westerly by the highway leading from Post road to the mill pond; however otherwise said property may be bounded and described.
The premises herein conveyed are the same premises as were conveyed by William F. Schroder et ux. to Lewis P. Latham et ux., See Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, R. I.
We, Lewis P. Latham and Margaretta W. Latham, husband and wife grantors release to said grantees all our rights of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.

Latham, husband and wife, both to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and they each acknowledged said instrument, by them executed, to be their free act and deed.

We, Alexander H. Fuller and Helen G. Fuller, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to ROGER WILLIAMS SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a Rhode Island corporation, located in Providence, Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($15,000.00) Dollars ($15,000.00), with interest thereon, principal and interest being payable in monthly installments, all as provided in a promissory note of even date herewith, and also to secure the performance and observance of all covenants and agreements herein contained.
That real estate, together with all buildings and improvements now or hereafter erected thereon, and all plumbing, heating, lighting and other fixtures, equipment and articles now or hereafter attached thereto, situated in the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, and described as follows:
