534 5. There shall be no livestock, animals or poultry kept or maintained on the premises, other than household pets. 6. Each lot is subject to an assessment of two Dollars ($2.00) per year for the maintenance of roads and drainage of said plat. Said assessment shall be paid to party of the first part until such time that a community association is formed to take over this function. 7. All buildings shall be constructed in strict accordance with generally accepted ordinances and regulations or if any restrictions or conditions herein do not comply therewith it shall not be constructed or used in a manner inconsistent with such laws. 8. Hedges or rows of tree, shrubs or brush higher than Thirty (30) inches shall be erected, grown or maintained on any lot. 9.
