475 TAX DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, William D. Cross, of the Town of Charlestown, in the State of Rhode Island, Collector of Taxes for said Town of Charlestown, send Greeting: WHEREAS, the Board of Assessors of said Town said tid, as of the thirty-first day of December, A. D. 1958 at twelve o'clock noon, assess valuations on all the real estate and personal property of the residents in the ratable tangible property of said Town and said Board of Assessors on the twenty-second day of September aforesaid published valuations and notices of the time and place of their meeting to be posted in four public places in said Town for three weeks next preceding the date of said meeting; and that said Board of Assessors on the twenty-second day of September aforesaid did advertise notice of the time and place of their meeting to be set in the Narragansett Times, a weekly newspaper published in the Town of Narragansett, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and that said Board of Assessors did meet on the twenty-first day of October, nineteen fifty-eight, with notice of the all ratable estate or personal property owned by it or lime, describing and specifying the value of every parcel of such real estate and personal property being publishable in said Meeting on December 31, 1958, October 29, November 19, 1958 and January 9, January 9, 1959; AND WHEREAS, the Electors of the Town of Charlestown, qualified to vote on non appropriations in town meeting assembled, on the twenty-fifth day of April, A.
