Beginning at a point in the northerly side of the State Highway leading from the Village of
Carolina to Wood River Station, said point being located 19.21 feet westerly from Station
511+07.39 on Rhode Island Highway Department Plat No. 127, Sheet 3 of 7 on file in
the office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Charlestown; thence turning northerly an interior
angle of 89° 44' and running southeasterly a distance of 111.12 feet to a point; thence turning an interior
angle of 166° 42' and running southeasterly a distance of 235.76 feet to a point; thence turning an interior
angle of 111° 21' and running southwesterly a distance of 114.31 feet to a point in the northerly line
in the northerly line of the above mentioned State Highway; thence turning an interior angle
of 89° 44' and running northwesterly a distance of 235.76 feet to the line of said Highway or until it intersects
to the point of first beginning, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described.
the same premises or property by deed dated July 28, 1936 by Utt and Littinen to Andrew N. Littinen
& [?] Littinen, as joint tenants, being the same premises and described in the deed of the same
Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, in Book No. 33 at Page 479. Reference is also hereby made
and be the same plat authenticated as to the premises in Plat No. 1936-45 in Providence, R. I. recorded
Charlestown, R. I. Carolina-Alton Road Base line 1" = 60' Ann. 30, 1936. M. A. Emerson, Civil
Engineer", on file in said Records.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforementioned premises, with all the privileges thereunto belonging, unto and to the use
of said grantee, her heirs and assigns forever.
And I, the said Andrew N. Littinen, as such Administrator, do hereby covenant with said grantee, by my heirs and
assigns, that I am the only appointed and qualified Administrator of said estate that; that I, as such Administrator, have
good right, full power and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner as aforesaid; that this conveyance
is made according to the directions of said Court heretofore given to me; that I have been recording according to law and
as required by the said decree to said Court and that, in all respects I have, at all times concurred to the directions
of said Court and the laws of said State in the Premises.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal and in my capacity as administrator this 5th day of December, 1960.
