465 Beginning at a point in the northerly side of the State Highway leading from the Village of Carolina to Woodbury Run Junction, said point being located 19.21 feet very station File 581+07.39 on Rhode Island Highway Department Plat No. 127, Sheet 3 of 7 on file in the office of the Town Clerk of East Greenwich, said cornerstone thus turning an easterly angle of 89° 44' running thence in an easterly direction to a point; thence turning an easterly angle of 16° 42' 41" and running southeasterly a distance of 235.76 feet to a point; thence turning an easterly angle of 11° 11' 15" and running southeasterly a distance of 114.31 feet to a point in a stone wall in the northerly line of the above mentioned state Highway; thence turning an easterly angle of 155° 11' 15" and running northwesterly along said stone wall line of said Highway an angle of 89° 44' running thence in a westerly direction to the point of beginning; or however else to the point and place of beginning, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described. be the same premises or property owned by said Driver N. Wright ut to Antti Littinen and Anna L. Littinen, as joint tenants, as more fully described and referred to in the deed of Driver N. Evidence, with said Town of Charlestown, in Book 30, No 33 of Page 479. Reference is also hereby made and be made part particularly to the map made by G. S. France in 1924, entitled "Charlestown, Rhode Island, Carolina-Alton Road Scale 1 inch = 60' Cam. 30, 1924," M. A. Emerson, Civil Engineer", on file in said Records. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforementioned premises, with all the privileges thereunto belonging, unto and to the use of said grantee, her heirs and assigns forever. And I, the said Andrew R. Littinen, as such Administrator, do hereby covenant with said grantee, by herself and assigns, that I am the only legally appointed and qualified Administrator of said estate; that I, as such Administrator, have good right, full power and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner as aforesaid; that this conveyance is made according to the directions of said Court heretofore given to me; that I have rendered bond according to Law and as required by the said decree to said Court, and that in all respects, I have at all times conformed to the directions of said Court and the laws of said State in the Premises.
