A certain tract or parcel of land located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Bounded on the north by land formerly of Benjamin G. Crandall; easterly by the highway; southerly by land formerly of Thomas P. Card and westerly by the Indian Cedar Swamp.
Meaning and intending to describe a portion of the sure premises conveyed to Ada B. Mitchell by Horatio A. Forcelli, et ux by deed dated October 31, 1939 and recorded in Book 19, at page 235 of the Charlestown Land Records.
I, ADA B. MITCHELL, covenant that I am a widow and have not remarried.
