453 WARRANTY DEED Statutory Form We, George C. Sutcliffe and Amy Sutcliffe, husband and wife, both of the Town of Rehoboth, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for consideration paid, grant to Raymond G. Brown and Blanche Brown, husband and wife, both of Newtown, State of Connecticut, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the improvements if any thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, being a record copy described by a U. S. Degner Boundary Survey thereon on a plat dated March 1842, the said tract being a portion of a larger tract of land conveyed to the said John E. Dumas and Emma F. Dumas and that certain portion of the said Rain land noted as Lot No. 187 on Charle- tonson Assessors Plat No. 1, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a drill hole in a boulder located on the easterly side of East Beach Road and belang to an owner unknown, the coordinates of which drill hole referred to true N. U. S. Coast and Geodetic survey (312.70 ft.) thence, bearing North 25° 40' East a distance of one hundred sixty-five and eighty three hundredths (165.83) and two hundred thirty seven and seventy three hundredths feet (237.73 ft.) thence bearing North 25° 40' East a distance of one hundred thirty two and two hundredths (132.02) and two hundred ninety two (292) ft. to a drill hole in a boulder in the same wall;
