in as ample manner as said Ashaway Savings Bank now holds
the same, forever, according to the promises of said mortgage deed,

On this noon of Wednesday in said county, on this
21st day of October A.D. 1912, before me personally appeared
the above named Frank Hill and Elisha R. Stillman Signaturating
Agent and Treasurer, respectively of the Ashaway Savings
Bank, above named, each to me well known and known to me
to be the officers they represented themselves to be, and known
to me to be the parties who executed the foregoing instrument
as Signaturating Agent and Treasurer respectively of said
Ashaway Savings Bank, and they severally acknowledged said
instrument by them executed in their respective capacities aforesaid
to be their act and deed in their respective capacities aforesaid
the free act and deed of said Ashaway Savings Bank and their
only their act and deed as well

Know all Men by these presents, That I,
Kate S. Barnard of Ipswich, County of Essex State of
Massachusetts, namely Kate R. Stearns in consideration
of the sum of one dollar and other valuable considerations
I have paid to Olena A. Haberlee of Brooklyn New York
the receipt hereof in handly acknowledged, do hereby
remise, release and forever quit claim unto her the
said Olena A. Haberlee her heirs and assigns forever
