412 MORTGAGE DEED We, CHRISTOPHER J. MOLLOY and CHARLOTTE E. MOLLOY, husband and wife, both of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to HAROLD W. SALISBURY and MAUDE W. SALISBURY, husband and wife, both of Coventry, Rhode Island, ALL MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Three thousand ($\$3,000.00$) Dollars in ten (10) years with interest at Six $\frac{1}{2}$% (six per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually in advance as provided in certain promissory note of eve date herewith. (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly line of the Highway known as Post Road, Route No. 1, page 184 said point being marked by an iron pipe and located 39.45 feet easterly from a stone Hinge way boundary said point bounded on ley spaced between 55 feet northerly from the center line of said Post Road starting at southwesterly corner of Lot 4 Plat 1’s boundary line 464 feet east 7 ft 8 1/2 in bearing westerly and by said north line of the Post Road a distance of 39.45 feet to the beginning of the above described course then running southerly 143.11 feet to a stone boundary marker said highway line distance of 152.14 feet to a second highway bound stone located 67 feet northerly from said stone 250 feet square turning an angle of $90^\circ$ and running southeasterly by a boundary line 181.44 feet to a stone boundary line a distance of 257.88 feet to an iron pipe; thence turning an interior angle of $90^\circ$ $30'$ and running southeasterly a distance of 120.20 feet to go from iron pipe to a stone boundary turning an interior angle of $160^\circ$ $25.1$ and running easterly a distance of 165.41 feet to a drill hole in a boulder; thence turning an interior angle of $140^\circ$ $30'$ and running southeasterly a distance of 131.11 feet to a stone boundary turning an interior angle of $257^\circ$ $29'$ and running easterly a distance of 130.80 feet to a drill hole in a boulder; thence turning an interior angle of $140^\circ$ $30'$ and running southeasterly a distance of 131.11 feet to a drill hole in a boulder; thence turning an interior angle of $160^\circ$ $43'$ and running southerly a distance of 303.08 feet to the point and place of beginning; the northerly line of said premises being a distance of 39.50 ft with a recording board on the east the westerly line 143.11 feet long. This tract contains an area of 2.099 acres and is bounded on the south by the Post Road, on the east the westerly line 143.11 feet long. Being the same premises conveyed to said Christopher J. Molloy and Charlotte E. Molloy by Harold W. Salisbury by a deed dated October 8, 1960 and hereby recorded in the Charlestown Land Evidence Records. SUBJECT to a right-of-way set forth in said deed. FURTHER SUBJECT to a prior mortgage from the mortgagors to Westerly Savings Fund and Loan Association dated October 21, 1960 and hereby recorded in the Charlestown Land Evidence Records. This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE. We, the mortgagors, hereby release to the mortgagees all our right of curtesy and dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises. IN WITNESS our hands this 21st day of October, 1960.
