PIMER and CORDELIA PIMER, husband and wife, of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to THE RALCO REALTY CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Connecticut, having a place of business in the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of FIVE THOUSAND & OO/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars payable as provided in a certain promissory note of even date herewith. (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and other improvements thereon situated, therein located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, being and shown on the sketch attached hereto (on pl. 1) entitled, "The Ralco Realty Corporation Plan No. 1, Columbia Heights, Charlestown, R.I., Scale 1 inch equals 50 feet, AUG. 19, 1960", being a part of the land in the deed recorded in the Charlestown Land Evidence Records, to which plat reference is hereby made and had. Being the same premises conveyed to the mortgagors by the deed to the Ralco Realty Corporation, recorded in said records; TOGETHER with the right and SUBJECT to the restrictions described therein.
