WARRANTY DEED (Statutory Form) I, SARAH J. BROWNING, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to VION J. DUNKLY and EVANGELINE M. DUNKLY, husband and wife, both of 74 Dong Road, City of Yonkers and State of New York, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common --- with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, being Lot Numbered 27 [?] (twenty-seven) in that plat entitled "NORTH NECK, Pl.
