WARRANTY DEED (Statutory Form) I, SARAH J. BROWNING, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to T ION J. DUNKLE AND JACQUELINE K. DUNKLE, husband and wife, both of 78 Dodge Road, City of Yonkers and State of New York, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common --------------------------------------------------- with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, being Lot Numbered 27 (twenty-seven) in that plot, entitled "WEST NOOK", Plat A, in the Town of Charlestown, R.
