TRAINO, husband and wife, both of the City and County of Providence, State of Rhode Island as, Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and imbrances if any) That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Thus two (2) certain lots or parcels of Land, shown and delineated as Lots Numbers 261 and 262 on that certain plat entitled, "Charlestown by the Sea, owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, location, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934, by W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn.," which said plat is filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, said Town of Charlestown. Said lots together form one tract, bounded as follows: NORTHEASTLY : by Morley Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; and EASTERLY : by Lot Number 260, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less; and SOUTHEASTLY : by Lots Numbers 258 and 259, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; and WESTERLY : by Lot Number 263, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. Being the same premises conveyed by deed of Thomas F. Reilly to this grantor dated November 10th, 1936 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, in Book No. 26 at Page 598. I, Janet E. Stedman, covenant that I am unmarried.
