373 MORTGAGE DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That we, LEROY W. BITGOOD and LOIS I. BITGOOD, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the mortgagors, for consideration paid, grant to THE WASHINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a corporation created by Act of the General assembly of the State of Rhode Island, located and having its principal office and place of business in the Town of westerly of the State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the mortgagees, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDRED and eighty dollars ($7,580.00) Dollars, with interest thereon at the rates specified in a certain negotiable promissory note of the mortgagors, of even date herewith, said principal and interest being payable in monthly installments of FIFTY-TWO and 60/100 ($52.60) Dollars each on the 9th day of each successive month commencing December, 9, 1960 until all principal and interest are paid in full, as provided in said note, the following described land, together with all the buildings and other improvements now or hereafter erected thereon, all the hereditaments, appurtenances, tenements and rights thereunto or therein by any way now or hereafter appertaining, and together with and including as part of the realty, all heating and air-conditioning apparatus, plumbing, stoves, doors and windows, gas, oil and electric fixtures, screens, screens door openings, awnings, and other fixtures whatever of this kind now on premises or hereafter placed thereon prior to the full payment and discharge of this mortgage, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: That certain parcel of tract of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Village of Charlestown, Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of the State highway, commonly known as Route 116, said point being marked by an iron pipe and then running northerly along the westerly corner of the tract herein described and the southerly easterly corner of land of [?] G.
