359 LEASE The undersigned lessors hath let and demised unto the undersigned lessees, this 5th day of August A. D. 1960 That certain real estate, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, sometimes known as the "Tucker Farm," and more specifically described in deed of Frances Mayo to Nello Landi and Anita Landi recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, town of Charlestown, in Book 37, Page 92. This lease applies only to that portion of said Tucker Farm that is situated and lies northeast of the town Highway. To have and to hold the same, with the r-ts and privileges therefor, for the term of the natural lifetime of the lessees on the condition of the payment of said lease on condition of the payment of said lease on the observance and the payment of rent of the Dollar one ($1.00) per year, and the lessees shall further covenant and agree to carry out the conditions of the presumps and reservations heretofore set forth, that the demise and rentals shall be quit and free, without any manner of let, suit, trouble or interruption of the lessor; and that for any condition the broken, the lessor, so choosing, may enter upon and resume possession of said premises, without prejudice to any other right or remedy against the lessee. The terms of this lease are subject to the following conditions and reservations (1) The lessee shall pay all taxes assessed on the above described premises, and the rent of the Dollar one ($1.00) per year. (2) The lessee shall make up all necessary repairs to the dwelling on the said premises necessary to keep the same in good repair. (3) The lessor shall be entitled to the use of the said premises for the purpose of hunting and fishing at his convenience, that will not interfere with the use of the lessees, and as a part of the
