(Description, and Incumbrances, and if any) That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon attached, situated on Columbia Heights street, in the town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, being shown and delimited as Lot Number Twenty-Two (22) on that plat entitled, The Ralco Realty Corporation, Columbia Heights, Charlestown, R. I., the scale 1 inch equals 50 feet, July 30, 1959, S. J. Emerson, Civil Engineer, recorded in the Charlestown Land Evidence Records in Book 37 at page 323 and said plat is made part hereof. Being the same premises conveyed to the mortgagors by deed of The Ralco Realty Corporation, recorded in said records; TOGETHER with the rights and SUBJECT to the conditions contained therein.
