It is further covenanted, understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto, that all the aforesaid conditions, covenants and agreements on the part of the said grantees, her heirs and assigns, on their part to be performed and kept shall attach in and run with the land hereby conveyed; it is further agreed and understood that upon the violation of this said condition and covenant in case of any violation of the above conditions or covenants on the part of said grantees, her heirs and assigns, that the title and fee to said premises shall revert to said grantor, her heirs and assigns or in lieu thereof, that the said grantor, her heirs and assigns may repossess himself or themselves of the estate hereby granted, and all right, title and interest hereby conveyed shall be forfeited and vacant to said grantor. We, Thorp E. Thorp and Merle N. Thorp, utres respectively of the grantors, release to said grantee, all our right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises.
