264 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, MARGARET SISSON LARKIN, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to JOHN B. SKINNER and DORIS R. SKINNER, husband and wife, both of Coventry, State of Connecticut, as JOINT TENANTS and not as Tenants in Common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS Those three (3) certain lots or parcels of land, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State and State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots Numbers 623 (six hundred twenty-three), 624 (six hundred twenty-four), and 653 (six hundred fifty-three) shown on map or plat entitled, "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1 inch equals 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934," C. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows: WESTERLY : by Charlestown Beach Road, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; NORTHERLY : by Lot #622, as shown on said Map, one hundred nine point nine (109.9) feet, more or less; WESTERLY AGAIN : by Lot #625, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; NORTHERLY AGAIN : by Lot #616, as shown on said Map, twenty-five (25) feet, more or less; EASTERLY : by Lot #622, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less; SOUTHERLY : by South Beach Street, as shown on said Map, one hundred thirty-four point six (134.6) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. Together with parking privileges on lot near ocean front. Together with the premises conveyed by deed of Thomas F. Reilly to this grantor dated May 12th, 1944 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, in Book No. 29, at Page 207. I, Richard L. Larkin, husband of the grantor, release to said grantees all my right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforesaid premises. WITNESS our hands this 6th day of June, 1960.
