JUDGMENT.
This application as amended dated October 10th, 1956, praying for a change of names, came to this court on October 4th, 1956, and thence to the present term, when the applicants, Robert P. Moguliski and Amelia Balcezak Moguliski, appeared and were fully heard thereon, and no one appearing in opposition thereto.
The applicant, Robert P. Moguliski, was born in Kensington, Connecticut, on February 1, 1905.
The applicant, Amelia Balcezak Moguliski, was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on October 10, 1910.
The applicant, Robert Peter Moguliski, was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on January 28, 1941.
The applicant, John Anthony Moguliski, was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on November 6th, 1950.
The applicant, Janice Amelia Moguliski, was born in Hartford, Connecticut, on November 6th, 1954.
The Court having heard the applicants, Robert P. Moguliski and Amelia Balcezak Moguliski, finds the allegations of said application to be proved and true that the applicants are entitled to the relief prayed for.
Whereupon it is adjudged that the names of the applicants be and they are changed from Robert P. Moguliski, Amelia Balcezak Moguliski, Robert Peter Moguliski, John Anthony Moguliski and Janice Amelia Moguliski, to
Robert P. Mogielnicki, Amelia Balcezak Mogielnicki, Robert Peter Mogielnicki, John Anthony Mogielnicki and Janice Amelia Mogielnicki, by which names they shall hereafter be known and called, and with all the rights and privileges heretofore pertaining to them under the aforesaid names, and subject to all the duties and obligations resting upon them under said former names.
