227 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, ACHILLE SAMMARTINO and EMILIA SAMMARTINO, his wife, both of Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to RICHARD T. GALLUP and ESTHER T. GALLUP, his wife, both of Plainfield, Connecticut, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with Warranty Covenants: Those certain tracts of land, to-wit, other with all buildings and improvements thereon, located in Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island, and designated as Lots number one (1), two (2) and three (3) on that certain plat of land entitled, "See Lot Conveyance in Charlestown and South Kingstown, Washington County, Rhode Island, stamped Lot represent area of Sen Lea Colvery, surveyed and platted 1933, 1934, 1936, 1937, 1938 - Leon L. Holland, Still Water, Geneva St. # 209", which plat is recorded in the records of land evidence in the Town of Charlestown. Being the same tracts of land conveyed to grantors by Alice E. Brooks by deed dated April 26, 1955, and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Charlestown in Book 29, Page 429. This conveyance is made subject to all conditions and agreements with all rights of record. WITNESS our hands this 29th day of April A. D. 1960. FERRUCCI, of the same City, County and State with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and incumbrances, if any) That certain tract or parcel of land with all the buildings and improvements thereon located in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, laid out and delineated as Lot No. 269 (two hundred sixty nine) on that certain plat of land designated as "Lot 269 Town of Charlestown, R. I. Property of Fred E. & Ethel W. Kroeker. Surveyed and Platted July, 1954, Wilfred R. Buster-brooks, Civil Engineer", recorded with the records of Land Evidence in said Town of Charlestown in "Plat Book B". Subject to restrictions and encumbrances of record. The consideration for this deed is such that no revenue stamps are required. We, William F. Ferrucci and Virginia M. Ferrucci husband & wife the grantors release to said grantee all our rights of curtesy & dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises. WITNESS our hands this 28th day of April 1960.
