224 I, Anna Saloranta, of Bronx, State of New York for consideration paid, grant to Eugene J. Schwartz et ux. Mary N. Schwartz, husband and wife, both of Yonkers, State of New York, as JOINT TENANTS and not as Tenants in Common with WARRANTY CONVEYANCE (Description, and Incumbrances, if Any) That certain parcel or tract of land together with all the buildings and improvements thereon situated, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and containing by estimation seventy-five (75) acres, more or less, said real estate being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly side of the Town Highway at the northeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed and at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Elizabeth H. Lemmer thence northerly, by the westerly line of the premises hereby conveyed, in a south 41 east 100 feet to the corner of the premises hereby conveyed at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Samuel H. Schwartz thence northerly, by the westerly line of the premises hereby conveyed, in a south 41 east 100 feet, to the corner of the premises hereby conveyed at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Eugene J. Schwartz, et ux., partly by land now or formerly of Joseph Wilmerly, and partly by land now or formerly of Fauna Saloranta, to a point in the westerly line of the premises hereby conveyed, feet, to the corner of said premises thence southeasterly in a line northerly one hundred twenty-three (123) feet; thence at right angles and again northerly one hundred sixty-nine (169) feet, to a corner set in the ground thence in a southeasterly direction, by the westerly line of the shore of the said Passequash Pond; thence following the shore of the said Passequash Pond in a northerly, westerly, and northwesterly direction to the point where the westerly line of the premises hereby conveyed intersects the northerly corner of land now or formerly of Anna Lemmer; thence easterly, bounded northerly partly by land now or formerly of Elizabeth H. Lemmer, partly by land now or formerly of Faith L. Lemmer, and partly by land now or formerly of Elizabeth H. Lemmer, to the point of beginning, or however otherwise said premises are bounded. The premises herein conveyed are the same premises as were conveyed by Otto Korpi et ux. to Einar Saloranta et ux. See Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, R. I., Book No. 28, at Page 454. The premises herein conveyed are subject to the rights of way and easements of record.
