DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE
The Salma Realty Corporation, a Connecticut Corporation duly authorized to conduct business in the State of Rhode Island, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage, recorded in the Land Evidence Real Estate Mortgage Records in the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island in mortgage book 37 at page 171, dated December 2nd 1954, does hereby release, and covenant and agree to and with the persons making said mortgage that it is the present owner of said mortgage.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said the Salma Realty Corporation has caused these presents to be signed and its corporate seal to be annexed hereto by its proper officers or representatives thereunto duly authorized this 2nd day of December, A. D. 1971.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, ROBERT L HINDLE, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to DONALD S. HINDLE, of said Town of Westerly,
County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with QUIT CLAIM COVENANTS
That certain parcel of land of and together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows:
Southerly by the Post Road; easterly by land of [?] [?] [?] Greeney, northerly by land of Robert L. Hindle of Westerly, R. I. and westerly by the highway leading from the Post Road northerly to the Village of Bradford, or otherwise the same may be bounded or described.
Being the same premises conveyed by Donald S. Hindle to Virginia Hindle by deed dated June 29, 1958 and recorded in Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, R. I. in Book No. 36 at page 319; and further conveyed by Virginia Hindle's Last Will and Testament dated the 2nd of February, 1959, leaving surviving her the grantor herein the grantees, the grantees herein, and Arthur Hindle, the said Robert L. Hindle, Donald S. Hindle and Arthur Hindle being the sole heirs of the testator, the said Robert L. Hindle and Donald S. Hindle, grantor and grantee respectively herein, as trustee.
I, Evelyn Hindle, wife of the grantor herein, hereby release to said grantee all my right of dower and all other interest aforesaid in the aforementioned premises.
