I, the undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the bond of the within described mortgage, recorded in the records of the town of Johnston in the State of Rhode Island land evidence in Mortgage Book 24 at page 250 in July 1873, hereby acknowledge and declare to avoid and void the same discharging the bond.
