This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions: The Grantee, his heirs and assigns, shall furnish Water for domestic purposes only, as now piped from Lot Number 38 on said plat, to the buildings on Lots 40 and the westerly 20 feet subject piped from Lot Number 39 on said plat, for a distance of 170.00 feet, and said Grantee's heirs and assigns paying said Lot Number 40 and the westerly 20 feet of Lot Number 39, for the annual charge of one payment of $20.00, first payment to be due and payable one year from the date of this instrument, said condition to continue for as long as the water is used by the said Grantee or in the owner of said Lot Number 40 and the westerly 20 feet of said Lot Number 39. Said conditions may be terminated by the Grantee upon 30 days written notice by the Grantee to the Grantor or his heirs or assigns.
